Full Policy
Introduction
This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, transfers, and refunds are handled for sessions, gong baths, and events run by Creatively Curious Therapy (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
By booking a session or purchasing a ticket through our website, you agree to the terms set out below.

Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other UK consumer protection laws.
Many of our events (including gong baths and workshops) fall under leisure activities supplied for a specific date or period, which means the usual 14-day “cooling-off” period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply once a booking has been made.
Cancellation or Non-Attendance by You
All event and gong bath tickets are non-refundable.
If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person or to another event, provided you email us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time at info@creativelycurioustherapy.co.uk.
Rescheduled tickets must be used within three (3) months of the original event date. After this time, the credit will expire and cannot be used or refunded.
If you contact us less than 48 hours before the event or do not attend, your ticket will be forfeited and no refund or transfer will be available.
Please arrive promptly. Entry may not be possible once the session has begun, and no refunds will be issued for late arrivals.
Cancellation or Rescheduling by Us
If we need to cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, venue issues, or low attendance), you will be contacted as soon as possible.
You will be offered one of the following options:
A full refund of the amount paid; or
A transfer of your booking to a rescheduled date or a similar future event.
If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may choose to receive a refund instead. Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days via the original payment method.
Refunds for 1:1 Gong or Psychotherapy Sessions
Appointments cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice will not be charged.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will be charged in full, except in exceptional circumstances, at our discretion.
If we need to cancel or reschedule your session, we will offer an alternative appointment or a full refund.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., via Stripe) within 14 days of confirmation.
We will notify you once your refund has been processed.
We do not issue cash refunds for online payments.
Transfers
If you wish to transfer your ticket to another person, please email info@creativelycurioustherapy.co.uk with:
Your full name and booking details
The name and contact details of the person attending in your place
We will confirm the transfer by email. It is your responsibility to inform the new attendee of all event details and terms.
Force Majeure
If an event cannot take place due to circumstances beyond our control (such as extreme weather, public health restrictions, or venue closure), we will do our best to reschedule.
If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.
Changes to This Policy
We may occasionally update this Refund and Cancellation Policy to reflect changes in our operations or legal requirements. The latest version will always be available on our website.
